The Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC) Program is an advanced coaching course designed for those who have completed the Leader as Coach Certification Program. This program focuses on the deeper philosophy of coaching, exploring how coaching techniques can be applied across various contexts—such as career coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, and managing a coach’s own energy levels.

Workshop details
The workshop is highly interactive and utilizes a variety of methods and tools to maximize learning. For example, individual and small-group exercises and discussions, practical coaching session and self-assessment that are practical with participants actively engaged in their own workplace issues.
4 Modules, each Module 2 FULL days (7-Hours per day), each module per month.

(1) A recognized certificate from Brief Academy, that will allow you to qualify for the Canadian Council of Professional Certification, Certified Solution Focused Coach (CSFC) accreditation. This program is also an Association for Coaching (UK) Accredited Certificate in Coach Training. Further upgrade to the ICF PCC Certification is possible via an accelerated path with Solutionsurfers’ ACTP Program.
