Workshop details
This program is based on experiential learning methodology which includes experiential games, group discussion, individual exercises, role plays etc.
6 Modules, each module 1 FULL days (7-Hours per day), each module per month.

(1) Interval-Based Training: Between sessions, leaders will return to the workplace to apply what they’ve learned in real-life settings. In the following class, they will report on their progress—this includes setting goals with team members, identifying strengths, and initiating meaningful conversations with team members.
(2) Mid-Program Application: At the midpoint of the course, leaders will return to their departments to carry out a simple cultural initiative, aimed at contributing to the development of an appreciative culture within the organization.
