Tired of boring team-building activities? Games and fun that leave you exhausted with little real impact?
This is a common issue for many companies. While team members may seem engaged, the excitement often fades quickly, leaving no lasting change in collaboration or team dynamics.
Traditional team building usually focuses on games without connecting to real work challenges. After the event, there’s little shift in communication or alignment with the company’s vision.
However, Appreciative Team Alignment program combines fun with meaningful activities that help team members discover each other’s strengths, recognize existing resources, and build on what’s already working. It’s about amplifying what’s good, not fixing what’s broken.
In this process, teams don’t just play—they create a shared vision, explore future opportunities, and develop effective collaboration strategies, all while strengthening their connection.
Appreciative Inquiry (AI) process has provided major successes in supporting a brief and lasting change. In recent years, this trend has been reinforced by concepts like Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, Positive Deviants and recent brain research results. This appreciative approach supports and uncovers people’s passion, skills, knowledge, experience
and successes; excite and mobilize them to implement innovations they never before thought possible.
This program is conducted base on Appreciative Inquiry process. It will invite participants to engage in building the kinds of organization and communities that they want to work and live in. It involves collaborative discovery of what makes an organization most effective.

- Find their positive core and leverage their strengths to create their preferred future
- Enhance understanding and acceptance of corporate culture
- Determine specific goals and action plans to internalise the corporate culture at work
Workshop details
This program is based on experiential learning methodology which includes experiential activities, team building games, group discussion, individual exercises etc.
2 Days class, each day 9am – 5pm

(1) Values Card Activity: Each participant will receive a set of Values Cards to help identify their personal values during the session, which will then serve as a foundation for co-creating the organization’s core values.
(2) Participants will engage in a fun and interactive learning experience while collaboratively defining meaningful organizational values. They will also explore future opportunities, align on a shared vision, and clarify their department’s contribution to the bigger picture.
